Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place frozen hash browns in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
After flipping the hash browns, add bacon strips next to them in the air fryer. Cook both for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Adjust the cooking time based on your bacon thickness.
Use an air fryer-safe silicone mold or small oven-safe dish for the eggs. Crack eggs into the mold, lightly season with salt and pepper, and add the mold to the air fryer basket. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the eggs are set to your desired consistency (soft or fully cooked).
Once the hash browns, bacon, and eggs are cooked, layer one hash brown with the egg, bacon, and a slice of cheese. Top with another hash brown.
If you'd like the cheese melted, place the assembled sandwich back in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and enjoy a crispy, flavorful breakfast sandwich with everything cooked in one place!
