Start your day off right with these delicious Air Fryer Hash Brown Breakfast Sandwiches!

Ingredients 

  • 4 hash brown patties, frozen
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon, or sausage patties
  • 2 slices cheese, cheddar, Swiss, or your preference
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place frozen hash browns in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  • After flipping the hash browns, add bacon strips next to them in the air fryer. Cook both for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Adjust the cooking time based on your bacon thickness.
  • Use an air fryer-safe silicone mold or small oven-safe dish for the eggs. Crack eggs into the mold, lightly season with salt and pepper, and add the mold to the air fryer basket. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the eggs are set to your desired consistency (soft or fully cooked).
  • Once the hash browns, bacon, and eggs are cooked, layer one hash brown with the egg, bacon, and a slice of cheese. Top with another hash brown.
  • If you'd like the cheese melted, place the assembled sandwich back in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and enjoy a crispy, flavorful breakfast sandwich with everything cooked in one place!
