Instructions
In a skillet, heat a bit of oil and cook the finely chopped onion until translucent. Add the Guinness beer and simmer until it reduces, deepening the flavor.
In a large bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients and mix until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender. Shape the mixture into a loaf that fits your air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
