Ingredients
1watermelon, sliced
1tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonlime juice
2teaspoonssea salt
2teaspoonsmint, leaves
Instructions
Start by slicing up the watermelon and placing it on the air fryer tray or in the basket.
Then in a small bowl, mix the lime juice, salt, and olive oil.
Brush the lime, olive oil, and salt mixture on the watermelon with a pastry brush.
Set the tray or the basket in the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes. About halfway through, flip the watermelon and brush some more of the lime, salt, and olive oil mixture over the watermelon.
