Ingredients 

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound green beans, cleaned and ends cut off
  • 8 ounces moonlight mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 2.8 ounces French’s Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Start by cleaning the green beans, cutting off the ends, and slicing the mushrooms. Set them aside.
  • Melt the butter either in the microwave or on the stovetop in a small bowl.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans and mushrooms with the melted butter, ensuring they are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the buttered vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the green beans are tender and the mushrooms are cooked.
  • Once cooked, top with crispy fried onions for added crunch and serve immediately.
