Ingredients
1 1/2cupsAll-purpose flour ,
2teaspoonsBaking powder,
1/2cupGranulated sugar ,
1/4teaspoonsSalt,
3/4cupPlain Greek yogurt ,
1largeEgg ,
1teaspoonVanilla extract ,
2teaspoonsOptional toppings , powdered sugar, or cinnamon-sugar mix for finishing
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour , 2 teaspoons Baking powder, 1/2 cup Granulated sugar , and 1/4 teaspoons Salt. In another bowl, mix 3/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt , 1 large Egg , and 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract . Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed—don’t overmix.
Lightly grease a silicone or metal donut pan that fits your air fryer. Spoon the batter into the molds, filling each about ¾ full.
Place the pan into your air fryer basket. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 8–10 minutes or until donuts are golden and spring back when lightly touched.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before adding 2 teaspoons Optional toppings glaze, powdered sugar, or cinnamon-sugar coating.
