Description

Whip up soft, fluffy Air Fryer Greek Yogurt Donuts in under 20 minutes! A healthy, protein-packed donut recipe that’s quick, easy, and perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour ,
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder,
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar ,
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt,
  • 3/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt ,
  • 1 large Egg ,
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract ,
  • 2 teaspoons Optional toppings , powdered sugar, or cinnamon-sugar mix for finishing

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour , 2 teaspoons Baking powder, 1/2 cup Granulated sugar , and 1/4 teaspoons Salt. In another bowl, mix 3/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt , 1 large Egg , and 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract . Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed—don’t overmix.
  • Lightly grease a silicone or metal donut pan that fits your air fryer. Spoon the batter into the molds, filling each about ¾ full.
  • Place the pan into your air fryer basket. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 8–10 minutes or until donuts are golden and spring back when lightly touched.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before adding 2 teaspoons Optional toppings glaze, powdered sugar, or cinnamon-sugar coating.
