Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup, or Honey
  • 1/2 cup Nuts, Chopped
  • 1/3 cup Dried Fruit
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Optional Add-ins, Chocolate chips, chia seeds, or spices like cardamom can be tailored to your preference.

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir to mix evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together nut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure all the oats and nuts are evenly coated.
  • Set your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or a silicone liner. Spread the granola mixture in an even layer, leaving some space for air circulation.
  • Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent clumping and ensure even browning.
  • Once the granola is golden brown, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool completely. This step allows it to crisp up.
  • Stir in dried fruit, chocolate chips, or any additional toppings after the granola has cooled.
  • Transfer the cooled granola to an airtight container. It can be stored at room temperature for up to two weeks. Enjoy as a snack, breakfast topping, or with milk!
