Description

Make delicious and crunchy Air Fryer Granola Clusters with oats, nuts, dried fruit, and a touch of cinnamon. A perfect snack or breakfast treat!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • 1/2 cup honey, or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Set your air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F (150°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, warm the honey (or maple syrup) and peanut butter for 20-30 seconds until softened. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated. If you're using chocolate chips, allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding them.
  • Line a small baking dish or air fryer-safe tray with parchment paper. Press the granola mixture into an even layer.
  • Place the baking pan in the air fryer and set cook time for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and slightly crisp. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  • Let the granola bars cool completely in the tray before cutting them into bars or squares.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
