Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated. If you're using chocolate chips, allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding them.
Line a small baking dish or air fryer-safe tray with parchment paper. Press the granola mixture into an even layer.
Place the baking pan in the air fryer and set cook time for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and slightly crisp. Watch closely to avoid burning.
Let the granola bars cool completely in the tray before cutting them into bars or squares.
