Description

This is such a great recipe to have on hand if you are looking for a side dish to your Pasta & Meatballs. Easy Air Fryer Garlic Toast is the perfect side dish when you need something quick to go with your meal.

Ingredients 

  • 2 pieces bread, any type
  • 2 tablespoons room temperature butter or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried parsley

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine softened butter or margarine with minced or grated garlic cloves. Add Italian seasoning or chopped parsley, if desired, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture evenly onto one side of each bread slice.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
  • Place the garlic butter-coated bread slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, buttered side up.
  • Air fry the bread slices for 3-5 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning, as cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the bread and the efficiency of your air fryer.
  • Once the garlic toast is cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove it from the air fryer and serve it warm. Enjoy as a delicious snack or side dish with your favorite meals!
