Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • No need to thaw! Simply place the frozen Italian sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If you like, lightly spray the sausages with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  • Air fry the sausages for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Check for an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for proper doneness.
