These Air Fryer Egg Bites with Sausage are protein-packed, fluffy, and bursting with savory flavor. A quick, easy, and low-carb breakfast ready in minutes!

Ingredients 

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup white onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup ground sausage, cooked

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the large eggs, heavy cream, kosher salt, and black pepper until smooth and combined.
  • Stir in the diced bell peppers, diced white onions, shredded Cheddar cheese, and cooked ground sausage until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into lightly greased silicone molds or ramekins, filling each about three-quarters full.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  • Place the filled molds into the air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
  • Carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before removing from the molds.
