Ingredients
6largeeggs
2tablespoonsheavy cream
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/4cupbell peppers, diced
1/4cupwhite onions, diced
1/2cupCheddar cheese, shredded
1/4cupground sausage, cooked
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the large eggs, heavy cream, kosher salt, and black pepper until smooth and combined.
Stir in the diced bell peppers, diced white onions, shredded Cheddar cheese, and cooked ground sausage until evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into lightly greased silicone molds or ramekins, filling each about three-quarters full.
Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
Place the filled molds into the air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
Carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before removing from the molds.
