Ingredients 

  • 2 cups grapes, seedless, any variety
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, optional

Instructions

  • Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove stems. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • If desired, toss grapes in lemon juice to help preserve color and texture.
  • Place grapes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren't overlapping.
  • Set the air fryer to 125 degrees F. Set cook time for 8-12 hours, checking for the desired chewy texture after 8 hours.
  • Once done, allow grapes to cool completely before storing them in airtight containers at room temperature for up to 2-3 months.
