Ingredients
16wonton wrappers
1wholedill pickle, thinly sliced
1cupshredded Colby Jack cheese, or your favorite melting cheese
Instructions
Slice the dill pickle into thin rounds and shred the cheese. Lay out wonton wrappers.
Place a pickle slice and a small amount of shredded cheese in the center of each wrapper. Fold and seal the edges tightly.
Lightly spray both sides of each wonton with olive oil.
Cook at 350°F for 2 minutes on one side, flip, then cook 3 more minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly and serve warm. Perfect with dipping sauces or as-is.
