Description

These Air Fryer Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies are made with brown sugar, vanilla, cranberries, white chocolate chips, and more. This delicious and easy air fryer dessert is perfect for the holiday season!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, (also can use Craisins)

Icing:

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  • Start by creaming the sugar and butter together.
  • Then mix the eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, ground ginger, and flour.
  • Mix well.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  • Scoop the dough onto the air fryer tray or air fryer basket, leaving about an inch apart.
  • Set the timer to 310 degrees F for 5 to 7 minutes. (air fryer setting)
  • Let cool.
  • If you want to add the topping, drizzle it on, and then sprinkle with diced dried cranberries.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
