Description

These Air Fryer Cottage Cheese Chips are a crunchy, healthy snack made with cottage cheese, garlic, and spices. Quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion, they're a guilt-free treat the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
  • Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking spray. Spoon out small portions of the cottage cheese mixture and shape them into thin circles (about 2 inches in diameter) on the basket. Leave some space between each for even cooking.
  • Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the chips. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Flip them halfway through to ensure even crisping.
  • Once crispy, remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your crunchy, protein-packed snack!
