Air Fryer Copycat McDonald’s Breakfast Burritos

Description

Now you can savor the classic McDonald's Breakfast Burrito right in the comfort of your home.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon chilies, optional
  • 6 flour tortillas, 6 or 8 inch
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cream, or milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup refried beans, optional

Instructions

  • Over medium-high heat, crumble the sausage, in a large skillet. Cook until the sausage is fully cooked. While the sausage is cooking, remember to use a spatula, to break up the sausage. Drain the sausage, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, crack the eggs, and use a whisk, add the cream, salt, and black pepper. Whisk them together, Add the eggs, chiles, onions, and bell peppers to the skillet, and cook the eggs over medium-low heat. Cook the eggs until they are fully cooked, mixing while they cook up.
  • Add about 2 tablespoons of eggs, 2 tablespoons of sausage, 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon of diced tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon of beans (optional) Fold up the burrito.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray. Then add your assembled breakfast burritos, spray them with cooking spray or brush them with melted butter, so they crisp up. Then set the cooking time for 3-4 minutes is 300 degrees F, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with Salsa!
