Description

This Air Fryer Churro Honeycomb Snack Mix tastes just like a warm cinnamon-sugar churro! Crunchy honeycomb cereal is tossed in butter, cinnamon, and sugar, then crisped in the air fryer for an easy 4-ingredient snack ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups honeycomb cereal
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, or granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (160°C) for 1–2 minutes.
  • Make the coating: In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and vanilla. Slowly fold in the cinnamon and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Coat the cereal: Add the honeycomb cereal and gently toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Air fry: Spread the cereal in a single layer in the basket. Air fry at 300°F (160°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crisp.
  • Cool & serve: Let cool for a few minutes to crisp up, then serve.

Notes

  • Use honeycomb-shaped cereal, not candy honeycomb.
