Description

Enjoy a deliciously crispy and healthy snack with our Air Fryer Chickpeas made without oil!

Ingredients 

  • 15 ounces Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure the chickpeas are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
  • After 15 minutes, check the chickpeas for doneness. They should be golden brown and crispy. If needed, air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove the chickpeas from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool. Enjoy as a snack or add them to salads and bowls for extra crunch!
