Description

Crispy air fryer chicken tenders, romaine, Parmesan, and creamy Caesar dressing rolled into a soft tortilla — an easy 17-minute lunch or dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 8 pieces Frozen Chicken Tenders
  • 8 tablespoons Caesar Dressing
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas, 10 inch
  • 8 leaves Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 8 tablespoons Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Bacon Bits, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes. Add the frozen chicken tenders in a single layer and cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked to 165°F. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • While the chicken cooks, wash, dry, and chop the romaine. Gather the tortillas, dressing, Parmesan, and bacon bits.
  • Lay a tortilla flat. Drizzle Caesar dressing in the center, add chopped romaine, then slice the tenders into strips and arrange on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bacon bits.
  • Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla up tightly. Slice in half or thirds to serve.
  • Optional for extra crispiness: Place the wrap seam-side down in the air fryer at 400°F for 3–5 minutes until golden.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • For more protein and less sodium, use grilled or leftover chicken breast.
  • Warm the tortillas before rolling to prevent cracking.
  • Keep dressing on the side if packing wraps for later.
  • Gluten-free: use certified GF tortillas. Vegetarian: swap tofu or plant-based chicken and skip the bacon.
