Ingredients 

  • 20 pickle chips, dill pickles, patted dry
  • 5 slices Colby Jack cheese, cut into small squares
  • 1/2 cup ranch seasoning, dry mix

Instructions

  • Lay the pickle chips on a paper towel and gently pat them dry to remove any excess moisture.
  • Sprinkle a small amount of freshly shredded cheese into each cup of the muffin tin.
  • Place a pickle chip over the cheese, then lightly dust with dry ranch seasoning.
  • Add another layer of shredded cheese on top of each chip.
