Ingredients
1boxbrownie mix, plus ingredients to prepare
1/2cupM&Ms
10 to 12fun size candy bars, roughly chopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions. This usually involves mixing the dry mix with water, vegetable oil, and eggs.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Your baking pan should be slightly smaller than your air fryer basket.
Spread half the batter across the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle half the M&Ms and half the chopped candy over the top of the batter and top with the remaining batter. Spread the remaining candy over the top of the brownies.
Place the pan in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer temperature to 325 degrees F, and set the cooking time to 15-20 minutes. The cooking time can vary depending on your air fryer model and the thickness of the brownies, so start checking for doneness around the 15-minute mark. Insert a toothpick into the center of the brownies; if it comes out with a few moist crumbs, they're done.
Once cooked, remove the pan from the air fryer and let the brownies cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. This allows them to set and makes them easier to cut.
