Make crispy, healthy Air Fryer Cabbage Chips in just minutes! A perfect, low-calorie snack that’s easy to customize with your favorite seasonings.
Ingredients

cabbage

extra-virgin olive oil

garlic

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and pat dry the cabbage leaves.
Tear the cabbage leaves into bite size pieces, leaving out the core and ribs.
In a bowl, place the cabbage with the oil and seasonings. Toss well to coat the cabbage.
Air fry at 180°C/360°F for 5- 6 minutes or until crispy to your liking.
Keep an eye on it near the end to avoid burning.
