Description

Air Fryer Burrata: A deliciously crispy, golden crust with a creamy center. Quick and easy appetizer or snack in your air fryer!

Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces ball burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3 teaspoons Fresh basil, for garnish, optional
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce, for dipping, optional

Instructions

  • Dip the 8 ounces ball burrata cheese in the 1 large egg, then coat it with a mixture of 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Place the coated burrata in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil.
  • Air fry at 375 degrees F set cook time for for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with 3 teaspoons Fresh basil and serve with 1/2 cup Marinara sauce for dipping.
