Description

Don't miss out on the deliciousness of Buffalo Wild Wings potato wedges, even when you don't have access to a restaurant! With an air fryer and these easy-to-follow instructions, you can turn your kitchen into a signature Buffalo Wild Wings – without leaving the comfort of your own home.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce, optional

Blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and cut your potatoes into wedges. Combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
  • Dredge the potato wedges in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd the basket. Spray the potato wedges with cooking spray. Air fry the potato wedges for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Once the potato wedges are cooked, place them in a large bowl and toss them with the Buffalo wing sauce until they are evenly coated. Serve the potato wedges hot with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing, if desired.
