Ingredients
2poundsboneless, skinless chicken breasts
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
3/4cupbuffalo sauce, such as Frank's RedHot
3tablespoonsbutter, melted
Optional: ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, sliced green onions, celery sticks for serving
Instructions
Pat the chicken breasts dry, then rub all over with olive oil. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F (188 degrees C) for 3-5 minutes.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes, then shred with two forks or a hand mixer.
In a large bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce and melted butter. Add the shredded chicken and toss until fully coated.
Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing, green onions, and celery. Enjoy!
