Ingredients 

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, or boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Pat 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken thighs with 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder, p1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side up. Set cook time for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken and brush generously with ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
