Ingredients 

  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, or to taste
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup ranch, or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Toss the cauliflower florets in buffalo sauce and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender and slightly crispy.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing, salt, and pepper. Once the cauliflower is cooked, chop it into smaller pieces and add it to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe dish that fits your air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping. Enjoy your creamy, spicy buffalo cauliflower dip!
