Ingredients
1poundground pork sausage
3cupsshredded hash browns
1cupBisquick Mix
1/2cupbacon, crumbled & cooked
1/2cupham, diced & cooked
3/4cupcheddar cheese, shredded
2largeeggs, whisked
4ouncescream cheese, chive
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Use a wooden spoon or a dough whisk to combine.
Use a 3 tbsp cookie dough or ice cream scoop to make uniform-sized balls, if unavailable use a spoon to make golf-ball-sized balls. Place onto a baking sheet as youwork. Place the baking sheet into the freezer for 10 minutes before cooking.
While waiting for the sausage balls to set in the freezer, preheat the air fryer to 370* for 5 minutes.
Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange sausage balls in a single layer. Cook for 9 minutes, stopping halfway through to flip.
Arrange sausage balls on a platter and garnish with chopped parsley.
