Description

Cooks of all levels will love these air fryer breakfast sausage balls! They are simple to make and perfect for a quick and easy breakfast. Plus, they're so delicious that you'll want to enjoy them for brunch or dinner too. Try them out today!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 3 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup Bisquick Mix
  • 1/2 cup bacon, crumbled & cooked
  • 1/2 cup ham, diced & cooked
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, chive
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  • Use a wooden spoon or a dough whisk to combine.
  • Use a 3 tbsp cookie dough or ice cream scoop to make uniform-sized balls, if unavailable use a spoon to make golf-ball-sized balls. Place onto a baking sheet as you work. Place the baking sheet into the freezer for 10 minutes before cooking.
  • While waiting for the sausage balls to set in the freezer, preheat the air fryer to 370* for 5 minutes.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange sausage balls in a single layer. Cook for 9 minutes, stopping halfway through to flip.
  • Arrange sausage balls on a platter and garnish with chopped parsley.
