Air Fryer Breakfast Pizza Waffles recipe – crispy waffle base topped with scrambled eggs, sausage, cherry tomatoes, and melted cheddar. Quick, easy, and perfect for breakfast or brunch!
Ingredients
1packagePillsbury Grands biscuits
1/2poundsausage links
6largeeggs
1/4cupmilk
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1cupcheddar cheese, shredded
1/2cupcherry tomatoes, halved
1tablespoonbasil, diced
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron. Once heated, spray lightly with cooking spray.
Place a slice of 1 package Pillsbury Grands biscuits in the waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes. Depending on the size of your waffle iron, you can cook up to 2 at a time
Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Combine 6 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk. Cook and scramble the eggs.
Preheat air fryer temperature to 380 degrees F, air fryer setting, preheat for 3-5 minutes.
Top each waffle with scrambled eggs, 1/2 pound sausage links, and 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes. Cover with 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Carefully add the breakfast pizza waffles, set cook time for 4-6 minutes.
