Get golden, flaky breakfast biscuits stuffed with eggs and crispy bacon in the air fryer. A 15-minute recipe perfect for busy mornings!
Ingredients

buttermilk biscuits

lightly flattened for even cooking

large
eggs

cracked into biscuit cups

strips
bacon

cooked crispy in the air fryer
1
tablespoon
butter

for greasing air fryer basket

green onions

finely chopped for garnish
Salt and black pepper

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking for the biscuits and eggs.
Slice or separate your buttermilk biscuits and lightly flatten them. Grease the air fryer basket or line with parchment paper.
Place bacon strips in the air fryer for 5–7 minutes until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving a little bacon fat in the basket if desired.
Crack one egg into each biscuit cup. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the air fryer and cook 5–7 minutes, or until eggs are set to your liking.
Top each cooked biscuit with a crispy bacon strip and optional cheese.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately. Enjoy warm for a hearty breakfast!
