Ingredients 

  • 2 slices bread, whole grain or sourdough recommended
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, or maple syrup, for drizzling
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, optional

Instructions

  • Place the slices of bread in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350 degrees F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and slightly crispy.
  • In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with optional ingredients like honey, ground cinnamon, or vanilla extract for added flavor.
