Ingredients
2largeflour tortillas
1groundground beef
2teaspoonsBig Mac seasoning mix, or homemade Big Mac sauce
2slicesAmerican cheese
1/4cupshredded lettuce
2tablespoonsonions, diced
2tablespoonspickles, sliced
1/4cupThousand Island dressing, or Big Mac sauce
1teaspoonSalt , to taste
1/2teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a skillet, cook the 1 ground ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with 1 teaspoon Salt , 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 teaspoons Big Mac seasoning mix). Cook until browned, then drain any excess fat.
Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing on each one. Add a few spoonfuls of cooked beef mixture, a 2 slices American cheese1/4 cup shredded lettuce, 2 tablespoons onions, and 2 tablespoons pickles.
Roll the 2 large flour tortillastightly, folding in the sides as you go to form a wrap.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Once done, remove the wraps from the air fryer and slice them in half. Serve with extra Big Mac sauce or Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
