Spray a medium skillet with nonstick cooking. Heat over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook beef until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the meat, set aside, and let cool for a few minutes.
Combine the cooked ground meat, minced onions, and diced pickles in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until combined, and slowly fold in the shredded cheese.
Place the egg roll wrapper diagonally on a flat surface or cutting board, and add 2-3 heaping tablespoons of hamburger mixture onto the center of the egg roll wrapper.
Rolling from the bottom, roll halfway up, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal with a drop of water and set aside. You can either use a pastry brush or your finger to help seal.
Continue to prepare the egg rolls until you use up your egg roll wrappers or filling.
Spray both sides of the egg rolls with nonstick cooking spray oil or brush with olive oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Place egg rolls into the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer; be careful not to crowd your basket. If you have an air fryer oven, place them on the lowest tray in the air fryer.
Air fry at 400 degrees f, and set the cooking time for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. Flip halfway through cooking. Remove from the air fryer.
