Description

The Air Fryer Beer Can Burger recipe combines the juicy goodness of a beef patty stuffed with cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon. Cooked in the air fryer, it ensures a perfect balance of flavors with each bite, making it a deliciously satisfying meal straight from your kitchen.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef, or your choice of ground meat
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 slices cheese, cheddar, American, or your favorite
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional: onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, or other topping ,

Instructions

  • In a bowl, season the 1 lb ground beef with 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well to incorporate the spices evenly throughout the beef.
  • Take a portion of the seasoned ground beef and form it into burger patties. Make sure the patties are slightly larger than your buns since they will shrink while cooking.
  • Take the 4 slices bacon and wrap them around the edges of each burger patty. Use toothpicks to secure the bacon in place around the burger.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the bacon-wrapped burgers in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the burgers are cooked through.
  • In the last minute of cooking, add a 4 slices cheese on top of each burger if desired, and allow it to melt.
  • Lightly toast the 4 hamburger bunss in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 350°F (175°C) for a warm, crispy texture.
