Air Fryer Beef and Bean Taquitos made crispy, golden, and packed with seasoned beef, refried beans, and melted cheese. A quick, easy snack or dinner the whole family will love.
Ingredients
1poundground beef, 80/20 recommended
2tablespoonstaco seasoning
3tablespoonswater
½cuprefried beans
½cupMexican cheese blend, shredded
8smallcorn tortillas, street-taco size

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and 2–3 tablespoons of water. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat. Stir in the refried beans and shredded cheese until fully combined. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas: Wrap corn tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30–45 seconds until warm and pliable. Do not skip this step — dry tortillas will crack when rolled.
Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling along one edge of each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
Spray taquitos generously with olive oil cooking spray. Air fry at 340°F for 4 minutes.
Flip taquitos, spray again with olive oil, and cook for another 4 minutes until golden and crispy.
