Tender pork tenderloin wrapped in crispy bacon and finished with a honey drizzle — an easy, 6-ingredient air fryer dinner ready in about 40 minutes.
Ingredients
10slicesbacon, thick-cut recommended
1poundpork tenderloin
1teaspoonsalt, to taste
½teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonshoney
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 4–5 minutes. Pat the pork dry, rub with olive oil, and season all over with salt and black pepper.
Lay the bacon slices side by side on a flat surface. Place the tenderloin across them and roll so the bacon wraps around the pork. Tuck the ends under or secure with toothpicks.
Place the wrapped tenderloin seam-side down in the basket. Air fry at 380°F for 25–30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest 5 minutes, drizzle with honey, slice, and serve.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F rather than by time alone, since tenderloins vary in thickness. For extra-crispy bacon, add 2–3 minutes at the end.
