Ingredients
1packagerefrigerated cinnamon rolls, with cream cheese frosting
2largeapples, peeled and diced
1teaspoonground cinnamon
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
3tablespoonsbutter, unsalted
Instructions
In a small skillet, combine the diced apples, butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Cook over a low simmer for 4–6 minutes, until the apples soften.
Grease a muffin tin (or use ramekins). Press one cinnamon roll into each cup, pushing the dough up the sides to form a well.
Spoon the cooked apple mixture into each well. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F for 5–7 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
