In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground lamb.
Stir in the finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Mix until evenly distributed throughout the meat mixture.
Add paprika, cumin, fresh parsley, and mint to the bowl.
Beat the egg and add it to the mixture along with the breadcrumbs.
Shape the mixture into small, uniform meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for a few minutes.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching to ensure even cooking. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
Air fry the meatballs at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Flip them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
Ensure the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). They should be firm and no longer pink in the center.
Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce or as part of a meal.
