Description

This is such a wonderful fall dessert. I love nothing better than a simple piece of Air Fryer 2-Ingredient Spice Cake along with a hot cup of coffee. It makes an amazing breakfast or a great dessert.

Ingredients

  • 15.5 ounces spice cake mix, any brand
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the spice cake mix and canned pumpkin puree. Stir until well combined. The batter will be slightly bubbly.
  • Lightly grease the pan. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook at 320 degrees F (160°C) for 18-22 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the cake; it should come out clean.
  • Once cooked, remove the pan from the air fryer and let the cake cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Frost with your favorite icing or enjoy as is.

Equipment

  • Bundt Cake Pan, or Regular Cake Pan
  • Cooking Spray

Notes

Note: The actual time will depend on the air fryer you own and your cake pan’s size. Larger cake pans will take longer to bake (air fry) than smaller ones. Depending on the size of your cake pan, you can make one cake or three mini cakes.
