Ingredients
1cupSelf-Rising Flour
1cupGreek Yogurt
2tablespoonEverything But The Bagel Seasoning
2tablespoonButter, melted, optional
Instructions
Add Greek yogurt and flour to a large bowl, and mix well until the dough forms. Depending on the yogurt you are using, you may need to add a couple of tablespoons of flour until you get the correct consistency of the dough.
Flour your hands lightly, then roll the dough into balls. Place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet while you are rolling the dough.
Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper. And then, add your bagel bites on top of the parchment paper in a single layer, set the cooking time to 375 degrees F, and cook for 5-8 minutes. For added flavor, brush with melted butter (unsalted) while the bagel bites are cooking in the air fryer.
Brush the bagel bites with melted butter, and then dip them into the cinnamon sugar mixture (if using); otherwise, sprinkle some of the bagel bites with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning right before serving.
