Air Fryer General Tso's Pork is one of my favorite meals in the air fryer. This is a twist on my famous chicken recipe, and it's fantastic. I love making complete meals in my air fryer, and this one is no different!
Ingredients
2teaspoonsolive oil
3teaspoonsgarlic, Minced, adjusted to taste
1 ¼poundspork tenderloin, cut into cuts about ¼ inch thick pieces
½cupGeneral Tso’s Stir Fry Sauce
12ouncesFrench Green Beans, frozen
10ouncescarrots, shredded
30ouncesRice, Serving
Instructions
Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl, add the diced pork tenderloin, olive oil, minced garlic, shredded carrots, green beans, and General Tso's sauce.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the pork mixture in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they're not touching each other. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork is golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
Serve the General Tso's pork immediately over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for extra flavor and presentation.
