Ingredients
2largeapples, I used Pink Lady but you can also use Honey Crisp apples
⅓Cupoats
1Tspcinnamon
2Tbspbrown sugar
2Tbspbutter
Instructions
Use a cookie scoop, a knife or a spoon to scoop out the apples and get rid of the core, seeds and stem. Set aside.
In a bowl combine the oats, cinnamon, brown sugar and butter until it has a coarse texture.
Stuff the apples with the oat cinnamon mixture and place in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F or until the apples are soft and the filling is toasted and caramelized.
