Air-fried flounder Fish is amazing. It has a great and light coating, and the Cajun spice blend really brings a lot of flavor out of this fish. It is air-fried to perfection

  • 1/4 cup olive oil , or buttermilk

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoky paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, and spices. Mix well. This will be your flour coating.
  • Dry the flounder filets off with a paper towel, then either soak the flounder in buttermilk or rub some olive oil over the fillets.
  • Then press the flour coating over the fillets, and press hard so that the coating adheres. Then use your oil mister and spray VERY GENEROUSLY with olive oil, avocado oil, or any other high heat oil.
