Air-fried flounder Fish is amazing. It has a great and light coating, and the Cajun spice blend really brings a lot of flavor out of this fish. It is air-fried to perfection
Ingredients
2Flounder filets, or white fish fillets
1/2cupall-purpose flour
1/4cupolive oil , or buttermilk
11/2tablespoonscornstarch
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonsmoky paprika
1/4teaspoonred pepper
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, and spices. Mix well. This will be your flour coating.
Dry the flounder filets off with a paper towel, then either soak the flounder in buttermilk or rub some olive oil over the fillets.
Then press the flour coating over the fillets, and press hard so that the coating adheres. Then use your oil mister and spray VERY GENEROUSLY with olive oil, avocado oil, or any other high heat oil.
Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes, flip and spray again, and then set the timer for another 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
