These are my kids' favorite Cheddar Bay Biscuits. They are the perfect side dish with a hot dish of chili or alone as a snack!
Ingredients

1 ½cupsall-purpose flour
½cupcornmeal
2tspbaking powder
½tspbaking soda
½tspsea salt
¾tsppaprika
¼tspgarlic salt
½tspdried basil
4ozblock cheddar cheese, shredded
1cupbuttermilk
½cupheavy whipping cream
¼cupsalted butter, melted
3clovesgarlic, minced
1tspolive oil
garlic herb butter
½cupsalted butter
1tspcrushed garlic
Instructions
Prepare 2 bowls. Mix all wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in the other. Combine both bowls into one large mixing bowl and stir in the cheese. Use a dough whisk or wooden spoon.
Knead the dough with your hands and form it into a ball. Cut in half several times until you have 16 equal small pieces. Form each into a ball and gently press down to flatten the bottom.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F, for 5 minutes, air fryer setting.
Line the air fryer basket with foil. Place biscuits into the basket in a single layer. Cook for 9 minutes
While biscuits are cooking, prepare herb butter. Melt the butter and whisk in the garlic and parsley.
