Ingredients 

  • 2 ½ cups carrot sticks or shredded carrots
  • cup crushed pineapple, slightly strained
  • cup raisins
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, sugar,medium sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice and mix until well blended.
  • Add carrot sticks, pineapple and raisins to the mixing bowl, stirring together until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
