Ingredients 

  • 12 frozen samosa, chicken samosa, or vegetable samosa

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to around 350 degrees F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes. This will ensure even cooking and a crispy texture.
  • Place the frozen samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to allow for proper air circulation. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
  • Cook the frozen samosas for approximately 10-15 minutes. The timing may vary depending on the size and type of samosas and your specific air fryer model. It's essential to check them periodically and adjust the cooking time.
  • About halfway through the cooking time, gently flip the samosas to ensure they cook evenly and achieve a uniform, golden-brown exterior.
  • To ensure that the samosas are fully cooked, carefully cut open one samosa to check the filling. It should be hot and thoroughly cooked. The pastry should be crispy and golden brown.
  • Once your air-fried samosas are cooked to perfection, remove them from the air fryer and allow them to cool for a minute or two. Serve them hot with your favorite chutney or dipping sauce.
