Ingredients 

  • 2 pieces bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large Avacado
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 fried eggs, or poached eggs

Instructions

  • Start by putting your bread into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 330 degrees F, air fryer setting for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, break up the avocado until creamy. When the toast is made with air frying, spread the avocado over the toast.
  • Then make the eggs in a small saucepan, heat the butter over low-medium heat, break your egg into the skillet and cook until the egg is set.
  • Toss the egg on top of the avocado toast—season with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
