Description

Air Fryer Banana Bread is a quick and easy breakfast or snack. Combine overripe bananas with simple ingredients for a sweet, fluffy loaf!

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 overripe bananas, brown bananas

Instructions

  • Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixer, or a large mixing bowl.
  • Then spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray (or use olive oil)
  • Cook in the Air Fryer at 330 degrees F (air fryers setting) for 20-30 minutes. Check your air fryer, does the toothpick come out clean? If so it’s done, otherwise add a few more minutes on your time.
  • Let cool, then slice and serve.
