Make soft and chewy rice cakes in minutes with this easy air fryer recipe – a quick, delicious snack or meal for any time of day.

rice cakes

olive oil

or a high-heat oil of your choice (such as avocado oil)
Instructions
Begin by preheating your air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (about 200°C).
While the air fryer is preheating, lightly brush each rice cake with a thin layer of oil.
Arrange the oiled rice cakes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Set cook time for 4-6 minutes. Shake the basket halfway during the cooking process.
The rice cakes are done when they have a crispy exterior and are slightly golden.
