Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to around 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
If your sauerkraut is very wet, it's a good idea to drain some of the excess liquid. You can do this by gently squeezing it in a clean kitchen towel or using a strainer.
Place the sauerkraut in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You can choose to lightly drizzle it with a small amount of olive oil or use cooking spray to help with crisping, but this step is optional.
Cook the sauerkraut in the air fryer for approximately 5-7 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness. Be sure to check on it periodically to prevent overcooking.
