Description

Air Fryer Veggie Burgers -- Looking for a healthier alternative to the traditional beef burgers? These air fryer veggie burgers are perfect for you!

  • 2 cups zucchini, shredded
  • ¼ cup onions, diced
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt , & more for shredded zucchini
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Instructions

    • Use a vegetable peeler or food grater and grate your zucchini.
